The Pinellas Opera League dedicates its efforts towards promoting the education
and appreciation of opera in the Tampa Bay area. These goals are achieved by free presentations of videos of live
opera performances in two area museums, working with the Pinellas County School District to bring programs to area schools,
presenting lecture series at Ruth Eckerd Hall as well as at a variety of other venues in Pinellas County, monthly forums dedicated
to topics of interest to opera lovers, and a monthly luncheon at the Duneddin Country Club that features young soloists performing
their diverse specialties. Our membership is composed of a wide variety of music lovers. As our members engage in various
activities, they bond together and enjoy each other's company at our sundry events.
